Mr Gad, our executive Head Chef, started his journey since 1998, from Egypt to USA where he studied at American Hospitality Academy, then worked at JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa Palm Desert for almost 10 years, and landed in UK over 12 years ago where he shared his expertise with different catering companies and restaurants and made their clients delighted. Meeting afterwards his partner in London, they both merge their expertise and hospitality management skills to establish Gad’s Deli catering and to create distinctive menus to meet the most requesting desires and tastes, unique and assorted menus, to provide food all hunger with different global cooking like Mediterranean, English, Italian, French, Egyptian, Moroccan, Mexican, Japanese, European, Continental Indian and so on.
