Terms & Conditions


The Customer may not assign its rights under the Contract in whole or in part without the Company’s prior written consent.


All orders should be made either in writing or by email detailing item and quantity of item required with agreed price along with Customers purchase order details.

Orders should also contain delivery address, day, date, and time delivery required.

Gad’s Deli Ltd requires a minimum of 72 hours notice to produce our fresh Canapes and other products. For orders of 1,000 and over Canape products the Company requires a minimum of 4 days notice.


96 hours (4 days) or more notice of cancellation – No cancellation charge - Deposit not refundable.

72 hours (3 days) – 50% of order value as cancellation charge.

48 hours (2 days) – Full order value as cancellation charge.


1 – 50% deposit from total order By Credit Card or Cash at time of ordering.

2 – The rest of total payment by Credit Card or Cash on Delivery.

Credit Facilities:

To be agreed in writing by Gad’s Deli Ltd under contract signed between both parties ( Gad’s Deli Ltd and Customer)

Product Price:

Will be the price agreed by Gad’s Deli Ltd (the Company) and the Customer at time of ordering. Agreement on price will be made either by email, price list or quote.

Should the product or service be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) this will be added to invoice at applicable time of invoice and payable by the Customer.

Delivery charges may be applied as agreed with customer and shown as delivery charge on invoice which is applicable to VAT.


The Customer must inform Gad’s Deli Ltd of the correct delivery address, day, date, and time window for delivery. The Customer must also make available an authorised person at delivery time to check products and sign for products and or service. Upon delivery the Customer will be required to sign for delivery which is normally the invoice as well as proof of delivery.

Force Majeure:

The Company shall be under no liability if it is prevented from carrying out any provisions of the Contract for any reason beyond its control.


Complaint of Products:

Products must be checked by Customer on delivery and signed for. Should the Customer not be satisfied with quality of product the Customer will have 4 (four) hours from time of delivery to inform Gad’s Deli Ltd regarding quality of product – to inform Gad’s Deli Ltd please call 0203 581 5783 and or email Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm only.


Inspection and Acceptance:

It is the Customers responsibility to inspect all products on delivery and satisfy themselves the product is correct and acceptable at the time of delivery and to sign to that effect.

Law and Jurisdiction:

The Order shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the parties hereby submit themselves to the non-executive jurisdiction of the Courts of England for the resolution of any disputes arising under the Contract.
